2. Online Store Terms

By placing an order, you confirm that:

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

However, manufacturers may change specifications, packaging, product appearance, accessories, or technical details without notice.

Product photographs may include manufacturer-provided images and may differ slightly from the delivered product.

An item appearing available for purchase does not always guarantee immediate physical inventory at an Elevation UpScales facility.

When supplier fulfillment applies, inventory may be confirmed before the order is released.

6. Supplier-Fulfilled Orders

Elevation UpScales works with manufacturers, authorized suppliers, distributors, and fulfillment partners.

Some orders may ship directly from one of these partners to the customer.

Customers may therefore receive:

Elevation UpScales remains the customer's point of contact for orders placed through our store.

7. Pre-Orders and Backorders

Estimated availability and shipping dates are estimates and may change because of supplier production, inventory, transportation, freight, customs, carrier, or other delays.

Payment may be collected before the product becomes available when clearly disclosed during the purchase process.

Customers may request cancellation before an order has entered fulfillment or been released to the supplier, subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Elevation UpScales is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

9. Lithium Battery and Regulated Shipping

Lithium batteries are regulated transportation products.

Shipping availability varies based on:

• Battery type
• Watt-hour capacity
• Package configuration
• Carrier rules
• Destination
• Shipping method
• Hazardous-material requirements

Certain products may not qualify for ordinary parcel shipping and may require freight transportation, terminal pickup, special packaging, documentation, or destination review.

Orders involving Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, remote locations, or other restricted destinations may require additional review.

A customer must not return or independently ship a lithium battery without receiving appropriate return instructions.

10. Freight Shipments

Large products, multi-battery orders, solar equipment, server-rack systems, and other heavy products may ship by freight.

Freight deliveries may involve:

• Residential delivery appointments
• Liftgate service
• Terminal pickup
• Limited-access charges
• Remote-area charges
• Additional carrier requirements

Customers should inspect freight shipments when delivered and promptly document visible damage.

Photographs of damaged packaging and products may be required for freight claims.

11. Installation and Product Use

Some products sold by Elevation UpScales involve high-current electrical systems, lithium batteries, solar systems, inverters, charging equipment, or other electrical components.

Improper installation can cause equipment damage, electrical hazards, fire, injury, or other property damage.

Customers are responsible for:

• Following manufacturer instructions
• Using properly rated components
• Observing applicable electrical codes
• Confirming system compatibility
• Using qualified professionals where appropriate

Unless Elevation UpScales is separately contracted to perform installation, purchasing equipment from our store does not create an installation or engineering agreement.

12. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, damaged-product claims, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Our current standard return window for eligible products is 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Where a product-specific policy is displayed before purchase, that policy may also apply.

13. Manufacturer Warranties

Elevation UpScales may assist customers with warranty claims where appropriate, but manufacturer warranties are governed by the applicable manufacturer's warranty terms.
